Congregational Survey Opens September 20th.


At the annual meeting in January, I shared the vestry’s desire to seek assistance in assessing our congregational health as we prepare for the future of our mission, staff, ministry, and property development. 


To this end, Grace is working again with Generis, the consulting group that helped us prepare when we bought our building in White Post, as we look ahead to the church’s future. 


Consultant Erik Ely will be on-site the week of September 14th to interview parishioners, staff, and church leadership and help us launch a congregational survey to explore how our community understands Grace’s mission, engages with the church, practices generosity, and considers the future.
