Grow: Equipping the Church for Ministry

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’” Matthew 25:37-40

We want to serve the least, the last and the lonely out of reverence for Christ. It is our calling and the desire of our hearts. We want to grow in the knowledge and love of Christ so that we can be His hands and feet in the neighborhood, school, office, city, and region where God has placed us.

Wreathing Workshop

Friday, Dec. 5 from 6-8pm

at Grace Anglican

Join us for a cozy and creative gathering as we make beautiful boxwood wreaths to brighten our homes this Advent season. We are so excited to have Jeanne Domenech come and lead this Wreathing Workshop. You can see her gorgeous floral designs at morningbirddesigns.com

Details: It takes about 2 hours to make a wreath, so we will have food to munch on, and drinks to enjoy. The supplies provided will be for making a 12" boxwood wreath and the cost is $65 per wreath. If you would like to bring extra items to add to your wreath like ribbon or pine cones or clippings from your garden, please feel free. It's part of the fun and also fun to share with others. You might want to bring an apron or wear something you don't mind getting a little messy since sometimes it's sticky work. ;)

All are welcome, so if you have a friend or neighbor, or an older child you think would enjoy this, feel free to bring them. It will be a ton of fun you won’t want to miss!

Register by November 16 -- space is limited!
